Learn lucid dreaming! I am a trainer for lucid dreaming and an expert for projective dream interpretation. I am also experiementing with polyphasic sleeping, like uberman or everyman. I believe, that it is possible, that you can live very good with 2 hours a day sliced up into 6 naps a 20 minutes. And that you can have that way 6 lucid dreams a day. This is my final goals. At the moment I have a lucid dream every second day and still there is a long way to go to reach my goal.
