Hello awesome people! my name is Ahmad Omar, i am the author of this bolg and the video producer of my youtube channel, was born in Iraq-Baghdad but living currently in Norway, i have faced adversity in my life, however each time im learning how to overcome hardships, bad decisions, habits, obstacles, health issues, and so on, my mission in life is to explore our super human potential by building resilience, while doing it, its my duty to share my journey and what im learning from it with everyone. my goal is to inspire and motivate people.
