Hello!!! My name is Cait and my channel is pronounced "chapter Cait". I am a board-certified music therapist and I like to talk about books, mental health, and music on my channel. I've been on BookTube since 2018 and I've worked in mental health since 2015. I have type I bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder and I often talk about my experiences with these in order to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. As for books, I read a little of everything, but mostly fantasy and science fiction.
