ComicFoil

The name's Jon Hoffman, better known on YouTube as the ComicFoil. If you've heard of me, chances are its from my work with The Green Scorpion. I write many of his Countdowns on video games. Here, I post Let's Plays. The purpose of this channel is for practice and feedback; I am slowly gaining proficiency with game capture software, and hope to learn some decent video editing. In the near future, a friend and I plan to launch a new channel with original videos analyzing video games, storytelling, and the kind of geek culture I like to submerge myself in. My works generally combine humor with pseudo-science and detailed dramaturgy to look at these games and characters in a new way, and my style has already been complimented by several decently famous internet celebrities. So look forward to that. In the meantime, enjoy my brand of live game commentary with some of my old favorites, along with titles I'm trying for the first time. Looking forward to seeing you around!
