Hello and welcome to Fit Life With Alisha! Notice I said fit life and not fit body? While health and fitness are something I love and taking care of my body is so important to me, there is more to life than that. Here at Fit Life With Alisha, I will be discussing all the ways that I keep a fit life. I will be talking about how I take care of myself, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Through these practices, I have been able to greatly reduce the depression, general anxiety, and social anxiety that has plagued me for many years. I am happier and more fulfilled than ever before. It has, however, not come easily but through A LOT of hard work, self-introspection, and learning to love and accept me just as I am right now. There's so much power and peace to be had through this work and it's my hope that as I share what's helped me maybe it could help others out there too. I'm so excited you're here.
