The leader of the most feared group in Shizume City, Homura, who uses the flame aura. An avid smoker with a calm but dangerous personality, Mikoto is the type of person to erase his enemies from existence without second thought. However, even though he may seem scary at first, he has a sweet side which only his subordinates see, albeit rarely. He thinks of the members of Homura as his own family, and will immediately retaliate if someone harms one of them in any way. He and the Blue King hate each other very much, and will fight each other at any given opportunity.
