Incredible Shrinking Stephy

Join me on this incredible journey of losing a total of 200lbs from my highest weight! I have spent 40+ years of my life as an obese person battling a food addiction. There is so much for me to learn in order to become the person I'm destined to be. The biggest thing is learning how to give my addiction and struggles to God. This channel was created to hold myself accountable but not only that, but to inspire others to get healthy with me. Both physically and mentally. This journey isn't easy. But nothing worth having ever comes easy. I do know though that it will be worth it. And we can do this together.
