Kaguu

Kaguu started as a bedroom project in 2015 by Mexican guitarist, Rafa De La Garza, with the goal in mind being to express his video game-like compositions through the use of odd time signatures and clean guitar tapping. His playing style can most notably be compared to that of Yvette Young from the Math Rock band Covet. In early 2017 Rafa reached out to the US based drummer, Nick Acker online through Facebook, and upon their collaborations Kaguu quickly became a fully realized group even considering the members not living in the same countries.
