We all go through depression, lord knows I have and I used to hate it until I realized......it's another part of me and who I am and either I grab it by the balls and go with it, accept it and try to push forward or allow myself to rot away, and believe me I have chosen the latter a few times lol. I am a stark believer that we also learn from those 'bad' sucky times too about who we are". These are the words that keep me going.
