Mad Millie is a young company with its origins in the beautiful land of New Zealand. Built by people with a passion and love for all things delicious and handcrafted, Mad Millie has been designed to help you find the joy in homemade foods, and bust the myth that good, quality food should be left to the commercial guys! We give you the tools, specialised ingredients and know-how so that you can create quality ‘fresh as can be' food, know exactly what’s gone into it, and create something you feel very proud of. We’re famous for our cheese making kits which allow you to make an array of gourmet cheeses such as feta, cheddar, halloumi, and mozzarella - just like the artisans, but have since branched out into all types of gourmet, artisan and health type foods including artisan style butter, sauerkraut and kimchi, coconut yoghurt and even vegan cheese.
