The death of my grandparents, both of whom passed away within three months of each other, made me realize many things. Among them: How precious life is, or the importance of little things like waking up and enjoying a good cup of coffee, not to take things for granted, but as a privilege. I understood that a competitive and stressful life was the direction I was heading to, for the rest of my life. This seemed mentally exhausting and senseless, so I found my niche, my peace; to liberate myself from the social norm.
