Have been for many years an active member of a Gourmet Club, where friends with connexions to known or friendly butchers, fishers, hunters, etc.. meet on a regular basis, inspire each other with tales of known and unknown courses, talk of food experiences at home and abroad, prepare and cook, eat and drink together for the love of it!
