Music fiend

I am a Manhattan native. The heart of New York City. I absolutely love music....as you can see, especially music that stands the test of time. I enjoy most types of music Jazz, Funk, Soul, Rock, Disco,Techno, Reggae, Salsa, Brazilian Classical, Fusion, Gospel and World music,but most of all I love music that makes you dance. I was a hardcore dancer and vinyl record collector who lived at David Mancuso's Loft and Larry Levan's Paradise Garage during late 70's and early 80's. Ground zero for the underground "House" music and dance culture that exists today.I made the House Foundations playlists for those who lived the experience and also for those who never had the opportunity to experience the great dance music played there. Yes, I'm a dinosaur but I never made the mistake of being stuck in the past. I have always been very progressive love the contemporary music as well and have other playlists that express just a sampling of my multifaceted and extensive musical tastes. Enjoy!
