My Life With Depression/Anxiety

This channel and these videos are to talk about and inform people of my experience with Depression and Anxiety. It's a subject that I feel many people don't know much about and I hope to help people learn to understand and cope with friends of theirs that suffer from this mental illness that we are still learning about to this day.
