As the PaleoHikerMD channel has grown, my ideas about it have changed. In the end our channel is about a lifestyle. Being outdoors as much as I can whether it be hiking, backpacking, canoeing, etc...traveling...finding geocaches along the way...Want gear reviews?...well we do those too! Self-Reliance is also big in my family, and on my channel you will find plenty of content detailing survival, bushcraft, and preparedness.
