My name is Wayne Watley and I'm a morbidly obese man that just became vegan again after years of going back and forth and being a junk food vegan. This time I am attempting to eat a healthy diet. I am diabetic and that has been a wake up call. I am no health guru. I may do things wrong sometimes, but I'm tired of all the talking. I want freedom and health and prosperity in my life, and if I figure it out, I'd like to show you how to do that as well. This is my journey. I hope you are here for the ride.
