Welcome to my channel. I started The Grind With Will to help to document my weight loss / Self improvement Journey. I started my weight loss journey in July of 2020. I had alot of questions and was not sure exactly where to start but I knew I needed to make a change for my health. I started my weight loss at 381 LBS. I am always trying to improve what I am doing and trying to help others to take the first step on their own journeys. I post a weekly update.
