The Vagabond Brewer

Historically this channel was dedicated to home brewing, craft beer and home brew reviews, travel and some how-to videos. As our journey into craft beer and travel has grown over the years, we'd like to shift gears a bit and transition this channel rather than abandon it and start anew. The hope for this reworked vision of the channel is to focus on the journey from home brewing to pro as we build a brewery from the ground up called Chubby Mermaid Brewing located in Bonita Springs, Florida with our business partner and co-founder, Gary Fortin. We will document our relocation from California to Florida, the pre-build out phase, the actual build out phase, pre-opening and of course daily operations after grand opening. Beyond that, there may be the additional travel video thrown in there where will still be no shortage of beer but we'll also emphasize the adventure in a new part of the world for us.
