Transplant Fitness

Hi, my name is Mark Zoel. I make YouTube videos documenting my recovery from a kidney transplant to help anyone who is going through the same experience or for someone looking for some vital details leading up to their transplant. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2008 when I was 17 and in Dec 2018 I had a kidney transplant from a living donor (my little brother). Before my transplant I was an avid runner and took part in lots of 5k Parkruns, multiple Tough Mudder events and the occasional long distance charity run.
