TRE RUNS

Beginning Ultra is a channel for all levels of runners but is geared for those that are thinking about or just starting the ultra distances. Having finished 8 100 mile races and about the same amount of 50 mile and 50k races has given me some insight about how to tackle these long distance races. Although I am not a coach or expert, I'm happy to share with you what has worked for me. Hopefully you will pick up a couple of ideas to shorten the learning curve. I will also be showcasing equipment that I use, races that I am currently training for and trail running in beautiful places.
